For over 45 years, The Diamond has been part of the Osoyoos community. Maria began working here in 1978, and Gus joined the kitchen in 1981. It was here that their story began.
After marrying in 1983 and running their own restaurant for ten years, they returned with their four boys to purchase The Diamond in 1997, continuing its legacy with the same care, consistency, and hospitality.
