A FAMILY LEGACY IN OSOYOOS
For over 45 years, The Diamond has been part of the Osoyoos community. Maria began working here in 1978, and Gus joined the kitchen in 1981. It was here that their story began, working side by side in the restaurant.
After marrying in 1983 and running their own restaurant for ten years, they returned with their four boys to purchase The Diamond in 1997, continuing its legacy with the same values of consistency, hospitality, and care.
THE STORY BEHIND OUR HOUSE DRESSING
What started as a house recipe served with our Greek salad quickly became something guests asked to take home. Over time, Three Diamond Dressing became a local favourite, known for its simple, balanced flavour.
Today, it’s available in stores across Western Canada, but it still begins here, served the same way it always has been, as part of the Diamond experience.
